This category is for questions, bug reports, and feature requests related to OmegaT’s premium products, such as the DeepL plugin and other paid add-ons.

Everyone is welcome to post here, whether you’re an existing customer or just evaluating the products. All topics in this category are public, so please don’t include confidential information (project files, translation memories, client data, etc.) directly in your post.

If your issue requires sharing confidential reproduction data (e.g. due to an NDA), please:

  1. Post your question here with a general description of the issue (environment, error message, steps to reproduce in general terms).
  2. Send the confidential details as a private message to @support-staff, including a link to your topic.
