  6. Falsely imply affiliation with or endorsement by the company.

  7. Embed any part of the forum in other websites using <iframe>.

  8. Circumvent security or access restrictions.

  9. Overload the forum’s infrastructure with unreasonable request volumes.

  10. Impersonate others.

  11. Encourage or assist others to violate these terms.

Content Standards

You may not submit content that:

  1. Is illegal, harassing, abusive, hateful, or otherwise harmful.
  2. Infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or breaches agreements with others.
  3. Contains malicious code such as viruses or spyware.
  4. Discloses confidential or personal information you are not authorized to share.

Enforcement

The company may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement. The company reserves the right to edit, redact, or remove content for any reason. If you believe content violates these terms, contact us immediately at contact@iloha-openlab.com.

Your Account

To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify the company immediately at contact@iloha-openlab.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The company may restrict, suspend, or close your account if you breach these terms or in response to copyright-related takedown obligations.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant the company a license to copy, publish, and analyze it for the purpose of providing the forum service. This license ends when all copies are removed from the company’s systems.

The company is not obligated to store or maintain copies of your content.

Your Responsibility

You agree to indemnify the company from legal claims by others arising from your breach of these terms. Both parties agree to notify each other promptly of any such claims.

Disclaimers

You accept all risk of using the forum and content on the forum. As far as the law allows, the company and its suppliers provide the forum as is, without any warranty whatsoever.

Limits on Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the company’s total liability for any claims related to the forum is limited to the amount you paid to the company in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ¥5,000, whichever is greater.

Feedback

Termination

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the forum shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. You waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in that court.

General Terms

If any provision of these terms is unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible.

You may not assign your agreement with the company. The company may assign this agreement to any affiliate or successor entity.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the company regarding use of the forum.

These terms embody all the terms of agreement between you and the company about use of the forum. These terms entirely replace any other agreements about your use of the forum, written or not.

Changes

The company last updated these terms on 27, June, 2026, and may update these terms again. The company will post all updates to the forum.
